British Swim School – Delafield, WI is seeking energetic and dependable individuals to join our swim instructor team. No prior swim teaching experience required—paid, hands-on training is provided, and you’ll help children learn water safety, build confidence, and enjoy a fun activity each week.

You’ll teach engaging lessons, support families, and work with a friendly team. Part-time weekday morning or afternoon/evening shifts are available, with consistent schedules and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Experience in swimming, coaching, childcare, teaching, or lifeguarding is a plus, but not required.

No problem! We provide paid, hands‑on training to help you become a confident and successful instructor.

Schedule & Pay

Starting at $18/hour

We’re Currently Hiring For

• Weekday morning shifts- 9:00am- noon
• Weekday afternoon and evening shifts 3:30-7:00pm

Flexible part-time opportunities are available. Consistent weekly availability is important because our swimmers thrive when they build relationships with familiar instructors.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary‑aged kids. Our instructors should enjoy working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It’s helpful if you have experience with children or in a child‑focused job, but it’s not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you’re not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are, the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the "Survival of the Littlest."
