Looking for a job that actually feels meaningful? At British Swim School, our instructors do more than teach swim lessons. They help save lives.
As a Swim Instructor, you will teach children as young as 3 months and adults using our proven, gentle, and progressive methods. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior teaching experience is required. You will build the skills and confidence to work with swimmers of all ages and abilities.
This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role focused on connection. You will spend your time in the water, engaging with swimmers, building trust, and making learning fun.
We are looking for team members who want a consistent, year‑round role. This is not a seasonal or summer‑only position.
Here at British Swim School, we are more than just a fun, surface-level swim lesson provider. We strive to make a substantial impact within our communities to combat the tragically high child drowning statistics. We invest in quality team members to teach our lessons with the mindset that we are two schools in one, a survival school first and a learn‑to‑swim school second. As a result, we can support our mission "to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer."
