British Swim School – Delafield is hiring enthusiastic Weekend Swim Instructors to join our growing team. No prior experience required; we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you succeed.

You’ll teach safety-focused swim lessons to kids of varying ages and abilities and help them build confidence in the water. This is a part-time weekend role with pay at $20 per hour, Saturday and Sunday mornings, with consistent shifts and the chance to advance.

You don't need to be an experienced swim instructor to join our team! We'll provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed.

Schedule & Compensation

Starting Pay: $20/hour
