Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry Unit-4E/W with a focus on cardiac and oncology stroke care. The role includes medication administration, IV management, and care plan development for patients, while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The RN will educate patients and families, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain evidence-based practices. Sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.
• National certification for unit-specific population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor telemetry patients; administer therapies and medications.
• Develop and update patient care plans with family involvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure stroke and cardiac care standards.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and red flags.
