Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a registered nurse for skilled nursing/medical-surgical care. The RN follows ANA standards, performs history taking, administers medications, monitors patients, and coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team in a stroke-focused unit.

You will develop and adjust care plans, teach patients and families, and contribute to quality outcomes. Sign-on bonus may be available; hospital-based training is provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN must be completed within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data systematically and develop an individualized care plan.
• Set patient outcomes and care plans tailored to patient condition.
• Implement interventions, administer medications, monitor IVs as needed.
• Evaluate progress and document care in the medical record.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge and apply evidence-based nursing practices.
