Job summary

Stretch Zone in Portage, MI is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to manage the studio and drive membership growth through our practitioner‑assisted stretch model. You will lead a team of Sales Associates, coach them to exceed daily and monthly targets, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

In this role you will monitor KPIs, partner with the General Manager on sales strategy, promote add-ons, and ensure consistent follow‑through with members.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a sales team and connect with guests to convert to members after a session.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns.
• Experience coaching staff to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to run daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales for each guest who enters the studio.
• Greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address member concerns.
• Lead and coach Sales Associates, ensuring daily operations meet monthly targets.
• Retain members through daily operation guides, excellent service, and follow-ups.
• Lead by example, exceed expectations, and support the team daily.
• Track KPIs to understand studio performance and assist the GM with sales reporting.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting sales goals and encouraging add-ons.
