Life Time is seeking Personal Training‑Hourly Stretch Specialists to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, building relationships, and providing an educational, high‑quality member experience.

You will develop safe, professional client programs, lead stretch and recovery sessions using techniques like PNF and contract‑relax, promote stretch services, document progress, and stay current with certifications to advance through the levels program.

Qualifikationen

• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, percussion, and breathing drills.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and safety education to members.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.

Kenntnisse

Certified personal Trainer
