Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an hourly Personal Training-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, fostering happier, healthier lives.

You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time branding through high-quality service. Responsibilities include designing safe stretch programs, leading sessions, promoting services, and maintaining client documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certified.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions and recovery sessions.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and personal training services.
• Document all aspects of client programming and ensure safety.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
