Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while building relationships.

The role emphasizes education, safety, and quality member experiences in line with Life Time’s brand values. The candidate will develop personalized stretch programs, lead sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques, and promote additional stretch and training services while maintaining client records

Qualifications

• Must be a certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Experience delivering supervised stretch and recovery sessions.
• Ability to develop safe, effective client programs and track progress.
• Strong customer service and education mindset for member growth.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching and percussion techniques.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan and progress notes.
• Stays current on certifications and industry trends to advance within the program.
• Provides superior customer service to ensure members feel competent and connected.
