Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members in achieving happier, healthier lives through branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions.

You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time Brand standards while delivering safe, scalable stretch programs. You will conduct pre-participation screening, session demonstrations, and goal setting, ensuring each member feels competent and connected with excellent customer service and ongoing programming

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/AED certification and PT certification.
• Experience with assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform and supervise stretches safely for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Lead recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Percussion devices, and breathing drills.
• Document client progress and update fitness plans accordingly.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
