Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while upholding Life Time brand standards.

You will build relationships, provide educational guidance, and deliver personalized stretching plans. Responsibilities include leading stretch and recovery sessions, conducting client screenings, promoting services, and maintaining accurate client documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential is required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and to bend, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training for the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications, trends, credentials and continuing education.
