Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, driving better mobility and wellness.

You will build relationships, educate members, and promote stretch programs in a friendly, results-driven environment. The role requires CPR/AED and PT certification, knowledge of stretching techniques, and the ability to guide clients through personalized plans while maintaining safety and high-quality service on the fitness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Preferred: 1 year of personal training experience; Bachelor's degree in related field; AIS/FST certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and completes administrative requirements.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation for members.
