Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions with clients.
• Complete Stretch Zone training and become certified as a Stretch Practitioner.
• Build personalized stretching routines based on client goals and mobility.
• Deliver high-quality professional experiences and uphold Stretch Zone standards.
• Communicate with clients during sessions and adjust techniques as needed.
• Build positive client relationships and help them stay committed to wellness goals.
• Demonstrate stretches for prospective clients and explain benefits of services.
• Identify client needs from demos and confidently convert into memberships.
• Collaborate with studio team to maintain a welcoming and successful environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized stretching area before, during and after shifts.
• Follow all studio procedures, safety standards, and training protocols.
