Stretch Zone in Vienna, VA is seeking a flexible and client‑facing Stretch Practitioner to join our studio team. You will work one‑on‑one with clients, create personalized stretching sessions, and help members reach mobility and wellness goals.

No prior certification is required; we provide comprehensive training and support, with opportunities for advancement and a friendly, high‑energy environment. Part‑time and full‑time roles available.

Qualifications

• No certification required; comprehensive training provided.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or movement is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assisted stretching sessions one‑on‑one with clients.

• Communicate with clients throughout sessions and adjust techniques based on feedback.
• Build relationships with clients and help them stay committed to wellness goals.
• Demonstrate stretches to prospective clients and explain benefits.
• Assist in converting demo appointments into memberships.
• Work with the studio team to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized stretching area and follow safety protocols.
