Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking practitioners to lead one-on-one assisted-stretch sessions at our Ashburn studios. You will guide clients through customized sessions based on company training and certification, ensuring a welcoming, high-quality experience every day.

We provide in-house certification and training, with a strong focus on helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve personal wellness goals in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in fitness and healthy living as a foundation for client coaching.
• Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or hands-on bodywork is beneficial.
• Ability to complete both in-person and online training programs.
• Motivation to help clients reach personal wellness goals.
• Reliable transportation to studio locations.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through customized assisted-stretch sessions per training and certification.
• Evaluate individual needs to select appropriate techniques and routines.
• Deliver a welcoming, high-quality customer experience every day.
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and studio.
• Support member engagement through outreach to current and prospective clients.
