Stretch Zone is seeking an energetic Stretch Practitioner to join our Gaithersburg studio. You'll work one-on-one with clients to deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions and help them achieve wellness goals.

No certification required; we provide comprehensive training to help you become certified. This client-facing role emphasizes communication, coaching, and building strong client relationships, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assisted stretching sessions one-on-one with clients.
• Build personalized stretching routines based on goals, mobility, and needs.
• Execute stretches safely and effectively using training and standards.
• Deliver high-quality, professional experience while maintaining standards.
• Communicate with clients during sessions and adjust techniques based on feedback.
• Help convert demos into memberships by identifying needs and closing sales.
