Stretch Zone is hiring a Stretch Practitioner to join our Potomac, MD studio. You will work one-on-one with clients, delivering personalized assisted stretching and building routines based on individual goals and mobility.

No prior certification is required; we provide comprehensive training and opportunities for career growth within a supportive studio environment. You will contribute to a welcoming client experience while upholding Stretch Zone standards.

Qualifications

• Energetic, personable, and comfortable working directly with clients.
• Passionate about fitness, health, wellness, or human movement.
• A strong communicator who can listen to clients and understand their individual goals.
• Comfortable learning hands-on techniques and applying them consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assisted stretching sessions one-on-one with clients.
• Build personalized stretching routines based on client goals and mobility.
• Execute stretches safely and effectively using training.
• Deliver a high-quality, professional experience while adhering to standards.
• Communicate with clients throughout sessions and adjust techniques based on their feedback.
• Convert demo appointments into memberships by identifying client needs and closing sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized stretching area and collaborate with the studio team.
