Job summary

Stretch Zone is hiring an energetic Stretch Practitioner to join our Virginia studio team. You will work one-on-one with clients, creating personalized stretching routines tailored to goals, mobility, and comfort. Training is provided to certify you as a Stretch Practitioner.

Qualifications

• No prior Stretch Practitioner certification required; comprehensive training provided.
• Comprehensive training to become a certified Stretch Practitioner.
• Experience in fitness or movement is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assisted stretching sessions one-on-one with clients.
• Build personalized stretching routines based on client goals and mobility.
• Execute stretches safely and professionally while upholding Stretch Zone standards.
• Communicate with clients and adjust techniques based on feedback and needs.
• Convert demo appointments into memberships by identifying client needs and closing sales.
• Collaborate with the studio team to create a welcoming, successful environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized stretching area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow all studio procedures, safety standards, and training protocols.
