Elements Massage Warr Acres is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, wellness-focused studio. You will work one-on-one, guide clients through stretches, educate on benefits, and create a welcoming experience.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow with a trusted national brand. Compensation is hourly with tips, and consistent session-based work is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping people move and feel better.
• Comfort providing hands-on assisted stretch services.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques.
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement.
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care.
• Create a welcoming client experience.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines.
