Job summary

Elements Massage Cary is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands‑on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, wellness‑focused studio. This role emphasizes one‑on‑one client care without sales pressure or heavy documentation.

You will provide assisted stretch, guide clients through stretches, and educate on benefits and at‑home care, while maintaining a welcoming, professional studio environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credentials (NASM/ACE/ISSA or equivalent).
• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC) credential.
• Yoga or Pilates instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques.
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement.
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care.
• Create a welcoming client experience.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines.
