Job summary

Elements Massage Elm Grove is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands‑on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, wellness‑focused studio environment. You will work one‑on‑one with clients, providing safe, effective stretches while building meaningful relationships without sales pressure or clinical documentation.

Pay is $24.00 per hour with tips kept, plus benefits like paid training, PTO, wellness benefits, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC) or Yoga/Pilates instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at‑home care
• Create a welcoming client experience
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope‑of‑practice guidelines
