Job summary
Elements Massage North Edmond seeks a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, wellness-focused studio environment. This role is ideal for movement professionals who enjoy one-on-one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships without sales pressure or clinical documentation.

Qualifications
- Candidates must have one or more of the following: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent), Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field, Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC), Yoga or Pilates instructor certification, Massage Therapy Student, Licensed Massage Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques.
- Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement.
- Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care.
- Create a welcoming client experience.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines.
