Job summary

Elements Massage Clayton is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, wellness-focused studio environment. This role emphasizes one-on-one client care without sales pressure, offering meaningful relationships and a supportive team culture.

You’ll provide assisted stretch sessions, educate clients on benefits and home care, and maintain a clean, safe studio with professional communication and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering assisted stretch and mobility sessions.
• Strong communication and client-first mindset.
• Comfort with one-on-one client care in wellness settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage-approved techniques.
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement.
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care.
• Create a welcoming client experience.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines.
