Qualifications

• Professional certifications in movement or massage disciplines are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques.
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement.
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care.
• Create a welcoming client experience.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope‑of‑practice guidelines.

Education

Certified Personal Trainer

Kinesiology Degree / related coursework
