Talent Acquisition Sales Lead @ SOGECLAIR | Account Management and Client Relations

Sogeclair, with over 60 years of experience and 1,400 employees across 20 locations worldwide, is a leading aerospace company specializing in design, manufacturing, integration, and certification of structures, interior components, and systems. Its subsidiary, Sogeclair Digital Engineering, based in the US, partners with cutting-edge aerospace OEMs, offering long-term opportunities across diverse programs, including project-based services and on-site roles at customer locations. We seek motivated individuals passionate about engineering to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand the type of damage and repair processes.
  • Identify and locate damages in drawings.
  • Assess potential crack growth scenarios.
  • Estimate the impact of damage/repair on existing SSIs/PSEs.
  • Calculate section properties at rework locations.
  • Calculate fatigue stress spectrum and static limit stress using Golihat.
  • Generate beta factors for crack growth scenarios using "Beta" software or NASGRO.
  • Perform residual strength checks in Excel.
  • Conduct crack growth analysis through CRPR.
  • Specify inspection requirements, including thresholds, intervals, and methods.
  • Prepare detailed reports per company standards for damage tolerance analysis.
  • Ensure quality of damage tolerance analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 5-8 years of experience in aerospace repair engineering.
  • Experience supporting Airbus A350 Section 15.
  • Extensive experience with fuselage composite structures on major OEM aircraft platforms.
  • Knowledge of FEM in the aircraft industry.
  • Experience with Damage Tolerance Analysis in aerospace.
  • Ability to interpret service damage reports.
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and manage multiple urgent tasks.
  • Effective communication skills with a proactive approach to technical discussions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and DTA tools like CRPR for DADT analysis.
