Mercor is seeking Human Factors & Aerospace Intelligence experts for a project with a leading AI research lab.

You're a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in human factors engineering, aerospace physiology, crew systems design, aviation psychology, or related disciplines.
• Deep subject matter expertise in topics such as cockpit ergonomics, pilot cognition and behavior, astronaut performance, life support systems, and human-machine interaction in aerospace contexts.
• Strong analytical and interdisciplinary skills, with experience bridging human-centered design and complex aerospace systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing technical reports, training materials, or safety guidelines.
• A high level of precision and critical thinking, with the ability to provide detailed and nuanced feedback on human performance and safety in aerospace environments.

• This project is scoped to last a minimum of 2–4 weeks, with the potential for extension.
