Lockheed Martin Space in King of Prussia, PA, seeks an Associate Manager to lead the Stress, Loads and Dynamics team for SRP and SMD programs. You will guide mechanical analyses, manage staffing, and drive on-time delivery of engineering products.

You will oversee program reviews, mentor engineers, and implement LM Space E&T strategies for digital transformation within SRP and ASP/FBM domains. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in mechanical or aerospace or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with FEA/CFD and classical hand calculations.
• Leadership experience guiding projects and mentoring peers.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance (US citizenship).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 8-12 mechanical analysts and oversee program milestones.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and career development.
• Manage cost, schedule and technical product management across SRP/FBM programs.
• Ensure compliance with system reviews and customer requirements.
• Coordinate staffing data and manpower planning for mechanical analyses.
