Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that validates structural integrity of aircraft using metals, non-metallic and composite materials across new designs, modifications and sustainment.
• Oversee the use of CATIA, IDEAS, ProEngineer and related software tools.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, training and performance assessments for team members.
• Manage work assignments, salary decisions and recognition or disciplinary actions.
• Ensure analysis results support design decisions and compliance requirements.
