Qualifications

• Education requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• Two years experience in light to heavy equipment operation.
• CDL required; pesticide cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Heavy Equipment Operator and related crew.
• Assists with training, planning, and assigning work.
• Ensures equipment is maintained and records are kept.
• Oversees asphalt repairs and concrete pipe placement.
• Operates paver, backhoes, dump truck, and other equipment.
• Maintains roadwork records and manages safety compliance.
• Standby/on-call 24 hours on rotating basis.
