Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least three years of experience operating heavy construction equipment (backhoes, excavators, dump trucks with trailers, salt spreaders, snowplows).
• One year of supervisory or lead worker experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains equipment for street maintenance and repair.
• Transports equipment as required and applies sealing materials.
• Rebuilds and replaces curbs, gutters, asphalt surfaces, and drainage systems.
• Assists with plan interpretation and coordinates crew tasks.
• Ensures safety measures and trains crew members on equipment procedures.
