Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience working with at-risk youth or vulnerable populations.
• Experience providing street outreach or community-based services strongly preferred.

• Conduct street-based outreach to connect with youth experiencing unsheltered homelessness.
• Provide housing navigation services, including applications, documentation, and housing program enrollment.
