Job summary

Equans Services Canada & US is seeking a Street Lighting Project Coordinator in Washington, DC to plan, coordinate, and close lighting projects, manage assets, and oversee field teams. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and delivery on schedule and within budget.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, utilizing GIS/CMMS data, and communicating with leadership. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Pass a background check.
• Strong understanding of asset management lifecycle.
• Knowledge of street lighting infrastructure and LED systems.
• Experience with GIS, CMMS and asset management platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute and close street lighting projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee asset inventories, lifecycle planning and replacement programs.
• Manage routine, preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Track costs, forecasts and financial performance for projects.
• Develop stakeholder reports and coordinate with subcontractors and teams.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality during field work.
