Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Street Lighting program in the Bellevue area. You will coordinate street light outages, research records, and drive repair work toward timely resolution while maintaining strong customer communication.

You will work under Project Managers, coordinating requirements, feasibility assessments, and schedule/resource management to meet project goals within scope and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Two year Associate's Degree or better in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least two years relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of cost estimating and scheduling concepts.
• Knowledge of budgeting, procurement and contract administration.
• Ability to make decisions independently and influence others.
• Customer-oriented, flexible, and team-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct project team members under the Project Manager.
• Facilitate communication between PM, service providers and internal customers.
• Coordinate project-related documents, designs and specifications; support PM tasks.
• Field customer concerns and drive resolution with appropriate parties.
• Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers as needed.
• Apply basic project management concepts and practices.
• Track milestones and report progress on projects and programs.
