Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; experience in a social service capacity may substitute in a 2:1 ratio.
• Must pass a criminal background check and The Salvation Army Fleet Safety e-learning module.
• New Mexico driver’s license with clean driving record; experience supervising staff and helping people in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Street-Level Program to ensure alignment with The Salvation Army’s mission, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with operational guidelines and provide feedback on program effectiveness.
• Monitor and report monthly program income and expenditures.
• Identify and respond to community needs related to homelessness through program planning and outreach.
• Coordinate ongoing staff development and training opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of participant counts, services rendered, inventory usage, and incidents using TSA WellSky or other reporting systems.
