Job summary

Great American Media seeks an App Operations Manager to oversee the operational execution of streaming applications across connected TV, mobile, and web platforms. You will coordinate builds, certifications, and releases while collaborating with product, engineering, QA, and PMO to bring initiatives to market.

The role requires 3–5+ years in OTT app ops, strong organizational skills, and experience with multiple storefronts and SDKs. Some evenings or weekends may be required to support releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years supporting mobile, Connected TV, or streaming apps.
• Experience managing app builds, releases, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational lifecycle of streaming apps across TV, mobile, and web.
• Coordinate builds, QA, and production releases with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain SDKs, platform certification, and App Store listings.
• Support in-app purchases, pricing, and storefront compliance.
• Monitor updates across Roku, Apple, Google, Amazon, Samsung, LG, Vizio, etc.
