Metis Strategy is a management and strategy consulting firm focused on business and technology intersections. We seek a Manager to lead small teams, develop strategic roadmaps, and partner with executives at Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients from a remote setting with periodic travel.

The role emphasizes leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and contribution to intellectual property through methodologies and white papers. Eastern time zone eligible, remote work with quarterly in-person offsites.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services role, ideally business strategy/management consulting.
• Bachelor’s Degree; graduate degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage small teams and complex workstreams in fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines.
• Location in the Eastern time zone; remote work with occasional client travel; in-person offsites.

Responsabilités

• Lead small consulting teams to deliver client engagements using primary/secondary research and data analysis.
• Create structured syntheses and customized frameworks for clients.
• Develop clear client presentations and communicate actionable recommendations to executives.
• Guide and structure team members and stakeholders in dynamic, ambiguous contexts.
• Demonstrate firm culture and identify development opportunities for the team.
• Grow the intellectual capital of the firm through research, white papers, and articles.
