EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice offers the chance to work with leading global supply chains on the transaction lifecycle, including complex integrations and divestitures.

As a Senior Associate - Consultant, you’ll develop innovative solutions that improve performance and resiliency across plan, source, make and deliver, collaborating with diverse teams across borders and industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field with 2 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
• Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Work across the transaction lifecycle from pre-sign due diligence to post-close execution on complex integrations.
• Help clients solve supply chain problems and develop innovative solutions to transform performance and resiliency across plan, source, make, deliver/return.
