Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Director to lead the Long/Short SMA Program Office within the Investment Offers & Solutions organization. This role owns the strategic direction and governance of a multi‑year cross‑functional program, reporting to the IOS Managing Director.

You will shape growth, monetize strategies, and translate complex inputs into executive‑ready options. You’ll orchestrate cross‑functional workstreams, chair the Steering Committee, and partner across Treasury, Operations, Technology,

Qualifications

• Proven strategy capabilities across management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar in financial services.
• Experience owning end-to-end strategic analysis and materials for senior leadership decisions, including competitive analysis and business cases.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Long/Short SMA Program Office and own ongoing program strategy and governance.
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, manage risks and milestones, and surface decisions for Steering Committee and Board.
• Develop talent and build a high-performing program team while engaging senior leaders.
