Qualifications

Proven strategy capabilities with experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
Experience owning end-to-end strategic analysis and board-ready materials.
Strong influencing skills and executive presence to drive alignment.
10+ years in broker dealer or financial services leadership.
Experience leading multi-year cross-functional programs in large financial services organizations.
Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the Long/Short SMA Program Office, directing strategic direction and governance.
Develop and present options, recommendations, and executive-ready materials for Steering Committee and Board.
Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, manage milestones, and surface risks for resolution.
Chair the program working group and coordinate with Treasury, Ops, Tech, Risk, and Advisor Services.
Build and mentor a small, high-caliber team and scale as needed.
