Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Director for the SMA Program Office & Strategy to lead cross-functional workstreams and own the strategic direction of the Long/Short SMA program. You will shape growth, monetize opportunities, and communicate analyses to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with treasury, operations, technology, risk, and advisory services while building a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in financial services or consulting
• Experience owning end-to-end strategic analysis and senior-level decision support
• Ability to drive alignment across a highly matrixed organization
• Proven ability to lead multi-year, cross-functional programs within large institutions
• Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Long/Short SMA Program Office and set the strategic direction
• Own monetization strategy, competitive positioning, and product landscape for SMA
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution, governance, and risk management
• Develop and mentor a high-performing program team
• Present to Steering Committee, governance forums, and Board-level audiences
