Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Performance Consulting group seeks an Internal Strategy & Process Consulting Associate I to join a high-visibility engagement team. You will translate ambiguous questions into analyses, conduct stakeholder discovery, analyze data, and develop insights with senior guidance.

You will own defined analyses, collaborate across diverse teams, and use GenAI and digital tools to accelerate deliverables while ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategic business recommendations or improvements that deliver measurable results.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical skills to turn data and qualitative information into insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear presentations or business deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
• Ability to manage work with ownership, attention to detail, speed, and good judgment.
• Interest in learning unfamiliar topics quickly and using digital tools to improve knowledge work.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex business problems using structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving and deliver insights.
• Own defined analyses or portions of a workstream with guidance from senior consultants, managing progress and risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to conduct stakeholder interviews and synthesize findings.
• Analyze data and visualize processes to identify root causes, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop executive-ready presentations linking evidence to insights and actions.
• Support workshops and sessions, including preparation and facilitation.
• Use GenAI/LLM tools to accelerate research and deliverables while validating outputs.
• Collaborate across diverse teams to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
