Vistra Retail Operations Company in Irving, Texas is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Portfolio Optimization to lead analysis for customer acquisition and retention initiatives across the Residential line, within ERCOT and nationally. The role provides thought leadership on market strategy, portfolio management, and growth opportunities for senior leadership.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
7+ years related work experience including financial analysis and reporting.
Understanding of general accounting principles.
Advanced Excel and experience using SAS and Tableau or willingness to learn.

Lead cross-functional analytic projects regarding value maximizing opportunities including new acquisitions and lifecycle management.
Develop and implement analytical frameworks and tracking for initiative performance.
Drive timely, fact-based decisions to optimize profitability and growth.
Develop business case justification and lead approval process with senior leadership.
Coordinate across functions to oversee initial implementation of opportunities and transition to BAU.
Funnel market learnings into ongoing go-to-market strategy discussions.
