Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, data science or BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Data Analytics.
• Advanced experience with data modeling, SQL/Snowflake, Python and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and budget planning for marketing transactions reflecting strategic planning and collaboration with channel managers.
• Design data models and simulations to forecast trends; integrate into dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
• Identify improvements and automate processes using advanced analytics to raise efficiency and accuracy.
• Forecast campaign profitability and perform sensitivity analyses on key assumptions.
• Prepare business cases with NPV, ROI, and CLV analyses to guide channel proposals.
• Create and present management dashboards on drivers and metrics to optimize spend and mix.
