Vistra Retail Operations Company is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Portfolio Optimization to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across Residential, within ERCOT and nationally. You will partner with senior management to shape market strategy, portfolio management, and growth opportunities, leading analytical efforts and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field (req).
MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
7+ years related work experience including financial analysis, executive level reporting, consulting and data analysis.
Advanced understanding of Excel.

Responsabilités

Lead cross-functional peer teams through deep dive analytical projects on value-maximizing opportunities.
Develop and implement analytical frameworks and tracking for initiative performance and new opportunities.
Drive timely, fact-based decisions to optimize profitability and growth.
Develop business case justification and lead approvals for opportunities, campaigns, revenue opportunities and IT functionality.
Coordinate across functions to implement opportunities and transition to BAU.
Translate market learnings into go-to-market strategy discussions.
