Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in business process improvement, project or portfolio coordination.
Strong organizational, tracking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain the portfolio of divisional strategic goals and action plans, keeping them defined, documented, and current.
Collaborate with OEMs on improvement projects and prioritize backlogs; communicate commitments and achievements.
Run a consistent cadence for tracking progress, surfacing risks and dependencies early.
Prepare and deliver updates on strategy, progress, and outcomes for leadership and teams.
Coordinate cross-functional contributors and translate executive direction into action; manage change.
