Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technology, strategy, consulting, program management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data assessment and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level insights and communications.
• Strong planning, prioritization, facilitation, relationship-building, and change leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology investments to strategic objectives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leadership to identify, assess, prioritize, and execute strategic technology initiatives that advance divisional and enterprise objectives.
• Lead annual and quarterly Technology planning; maintain an evergreen strategy and integrated roadmap.
• Analyze operational, financial, delivery, and performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Share best practices across the enterprise to ensure alignment of initiatives and objectives.
• Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and executive dashboards to evaluate technology performance.
• Facilitate executive discussions and create concise, data-driven presentations.
• Translate strategy and portfolio performance into concise communications for stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
