Allianz Commercial seeks a Portfolio Solutions Team Lead to guide a growing team across onboarding, bordereaux processing, and portfolio monitoring in a multi-location setting (O’Fallon, MO; Chicago, IL; Alpharetta, GA). You will coordinate with underwriting, finance, IT and other stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation, while maintaining governance and reporting on portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in insurance or portfolio management.
• Experience with delegated authority, facilities, program business, MGA relationships or similar structures.
• Strong understanding of bordereaux processing, reconciliation, and data validation.
• Familiarity with CAT modeling, portfolio monitoring, rate adequacy or related profitability indicators.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to support day-to-day tasks and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Portfolio Solutions Analysts and establish scalable operating models.
• Own onboarding and implementation for delegated authority programs, ensuring timelines and dependencies are met.
• Quality-check work related to bordereaux processing and data validation before escalation.
• Monitor portfolio profitability indicators and raise risks to Head of Portfolio Solutions.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects for onboarding, process improvement, automation, and broader initiatives.
• Maintain documented procedures, controls, and governance standards for onboarding and monitoring.
• Identify operational risks and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, IT and PMO to support execution.
• Support executive reporting on project status, portfolio performance, and operational risk.
