Job summary

Bain & Company's Atlanta-based team is seeking a Senior Manager in Business Development to lead cross-partnership initiatives and smooth BD operations. You will collaborate with partners, executives, and practitioners to drive strategic investments and ensure priorities align with firm-wide goals.

This hybrid role requires at least 5 years of experience, strong strategic and analytic capabilities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant role.
• Strong strategic and analytical toolkit essential.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfort presenting to executives and leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-partnership strategic initiatives and operations.
• Coordinate investments, budget, and prioritization across partnerships.
• Develop materials for LT/affiliate meetings and external requests.
• Partner with L&D to train and onboard partner firms.
• Drive inclusive leadership, thought leadership, and team mentoring.
