Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
• Solid strategic and analytical toolkit.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with all levels throughout the organization.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
• Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives.

• Flexibility to accommodate varying demands.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-partnership investment decisions across existing and new partnerships.
• Identify ways to increase the partnership pipeline and drive a proactive commercial motion.
• Align with Practice/Solution/Product leadership on priorities and needs for partnerships.
• Explore modernizing technology infrastructure and AI-enabled reporting for insights and automation.
• Engage with cross-Bain stakeholders to reflect broader strategic priorities.
