Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and deployment of consumer fintech products and co-create differentiated financial solutions.
• Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with third-party financial institutions.
• Build robust, data-backed financial models and business cases; secure leadership buy-in for initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product design, engineering, compliance, marketing, and operations to deliver end-to-end experiences and go-to-market plans.
